Jack Henry Mather (born 13 January 2002) is an Australian author and YouTuber. He is best known as the author of 2177, his first novel, which is set to be released in early 2023. He is currently in pre-production of his second novel, Century City. In his novels, he goes by the pseudonym of J.H.R.
When Mather was 17, he began writing professionally. Mather's writing ranges from action thriller to surrealist.
Biography
[edit]Jack Henry Mather was born in Melbourne on 13 January 2002. He was the first child of Nadine Majella Mather (née Redfern) and Brett Errol Mather. He was raised in Melbourne's Pascoe Vale suburb. Mather's parents were both interested in storytelling, but he has said that his biggest influence came from his grandfather, John Henry Redfern, who was a frequent reader of crime and war novels.
