HOW TO VIEW YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM INFORMATION USING JAWS (JOB ACCESS WITH SPEECH)? Computer system information presents a summary view of basic details about your computer, including: A. Windows edition: Lists information about the version of Windows running on your computer. B. System: Your computer's processor type, speed, and quantity are listed. C. How much random access memory (RAM) is installed and, in some cases, how much of the memory is usable by Windows. D. Computer name, domain, and workgroup settings: Displays your computer's name and workgroup or domain information. E. Windows activation: Activation verifies that your copy of Windows is genuine, which helps prevent software piracy. To view your computer system information; 1. Press the windows key plus letter “R” to open the windows run dialogue. 2. Type the statement “msinfor32” without spacing and strike the enter key. 3. Press the “TAB” key once and use the down arrow to read your system information. 4. Press “ALT” plus “F4” to close the window. NOTE: The window will open in read only, but to change the view you must virtualize the window; 1.
