Saint-Julien is an AOC for wine made in the commune of Saint-Julien in the Bordeaux wine region of southwestern France, on the Left Bank of Dordogne. Vineyards are located kilometers to the northwest of Bordeaux, near . The area covers 910 hectares, annually producing on average 50,800 hectolitres of wine.

The grape varieties of Pauillac are % Cabernet Sauvignon, with % Merlot and % Petit Verdot, Malbec.

Soils are gravel deposits mixed with aeolean sands.[1]
