My name is Sara. I graduated from Grinnell College in December, 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies. I live in Des Moines, Iowa. I just started working on improving the Iowa State Fair article, because I've been to the past 4 state fairs and the article on it was just a stub that did not impart any of the cultural significance of the Iowa State Fair. Well, I finished the Iowa State Fair page, and I think it's pretty decent for a first effort at editing. I don't know what I'll look into next. My major interest is religion, but I don't have near the expertise to add anything to an encyclopedia. I guess I'll go back to mostly lurking and reading and learning and maybe fix some grammar problems if I encounter them. I do have a tendency to get interested in a subject and research everything I can find on it. Wikipedia is one of the first places I come in researching (of course, I always check the sources to make sure things are accurate). That's why I added to the Iowa State Fair, because there wasn't much in Wikipedia on it. So, I guess I might add to something like that again, maybe.
