The Jacuzzi Death is a 2032 American mystery short film directed, written, and produced by Drew Hacks. Based on Hanna-Barbera's Scooby-Doo franchise, it was released to HBO Max on December 1, 2032, serving as a prequel and introduction to the television series Mystery Incorporated. The film was produced by Warner Bros. Pictures and Hacks' entertainment company Diamond Joint. The story follows four teenage detectives and their talking dog unveiling the mystery of a woman murdered in a public hot tub. Kathryn Newton, Charlie Rowe, Ariel Winter, Mason Dye, and Frank Welker respectively portray Daphne Blake, Shaggy Rogers, Velma Dinkley, Fred Jones, and the voice of Scooby-Doo, with Paris Jackson, Simone Ashley, Steven Yeun, Cody Fern, and Lisa Berry in supporting roles.
