Resolution Passed ... TORYS Day is August 20th, and was first established in San Bernardino County, California. The resolution was passed unanimously by the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on August 7, 2012.
TORYS is an acronym for Taking Our Responsibility for our Youth Seriously, and has been established as the day set aside to recognize the importance of watching out for youth everyday, whether it be our own, or someone else's.
