Vermont Route 140 is an east-west highway which runs from the New York state line to Vermont Route 103 in Mount Holly. It is contained entirely within Rutland County.
Route Description
[edit]VT 140 is a continuation of County Route 18A (Washington County). It begins at the New York state line, heading southeast. Only a mile into it's path, it reaches an intersection with Vermont Route 30, in the village of Poultney.
