Neo-American Church is a name used by more than one religious organization.

It might refer to:

• Neo-American Church (pro-psychedelic), a pro-psychedelic organization founded in 1964 by Timothy Leary follower Art Kleps that advocated, unsuccessfully, for the right of members to use peyote as a religious ritual.

• Neo-American Church, a church and school founded in 1971 by George Feigley, who was later sent to jail for widespread sexual abuse of children .
