For my early modern woman assignment in Wikipedia, I read about Fede Galizia. I learned from the Wikipedia page that she was an Italian renaissance painter of religious paintings, still-lifes and portraits. One thing that I noticed about this article in particular was that some of the thoughts were contrived. I felt that the authors had some sentences which did not allow for independent thinking. I think the reason that this article had such nice flow was because it sounded like a biography report, not an encyclopedia page. I also notice that the information on Fede Galizia is lacking. There are only a few sections about her art, nothing in depth about her personal life.

The artist that me and my group member will be working on is Anna Morandi Manzolini. From the look of he page, it looks very sparse. There is little to no mention about her life outside of painting which is important to include to consider the historical background of the time and what, how and why she is an artist. I am sure by looking through other articles, we will be able to accomplish this improvement. Cheers to knowledge.
