The 2037 NAL postseason, retroactively referred to as the 2037 UL postseason and officially called the 2037 NAL Group Stage and Postseason Playoff, was the postseason tournament of the North American League's (NAL), now the United League's (UL) 2036–37 season. The postseason began on May 8, 2037, and ended on May 29 with Kingston FC winning their first Final.
The 2037 NAL postseason consisted of the top twelve clubs in the North American League. The twelve clubs were put into groups of three based on where they finished in the standings. Every club in a group would play every other club once at a neutral site; the club with the most points would advance to a four-team playoff. In the playoff, the winner of Group A would play the winner of Group C and the winner of Group B would play the winner of Group C. The playoff was, in this year only, single-elimination in both rounds and was played at a neutral site; in 2037, all playoff games were played in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
All three clubs in Group D had the exact same amount of points. According to the NAL's rules at the time, the tiebreaker was most goals scored, but both Kingston FC and CF Panamá had scored twice, making them tied. The next and final tiebreaker is the club who finished highest in the regular season, meaning Kingston FC advanced to the Postseason Playoff. Players, fans, and the owners of CF Panamá protested the tiebreaker, citing the fact that Panamá defeated Kingston FC in the head-to-head matchup.
