First, what does the article do well? Is there anything from your review that impressed you? Any turn of phrase that described the subject in a clear way?
This article does a good job of covering the wide array and history of the subject.
What changes would you suggest the author apply to the article? Why would those changes be an improvement?
Add a few more sections to split up the body of the article, maybe find the titles of the works that have been displayed.
Add a little more background about what RunwayML is and what it does, this will help the reader understand why the subject is important.
