Pehlwan Arian pehlwan Arian is a small town located in Tehsil Mailsi , District Vehari, Punjab, Pakistan.

It is situated on Mailsi Multan Road. It is  km towards east of Multan and 24 km away from Mailsi city towards west. Most people living around this town, in villages, are associated with agriculture. It is a main center and hub of all financial and social activities of the area.

People mostly living here belong to both Punjabi and Saraiki speaking communities. After 1947 partition, Punjabi speaking community migrated here from East Punjab of India.
