Background
[edit]I worked as a banker and have in a past life been an accountant with a major accounting firm (that is still around!). Born in Mumbai, India. I have lived in India, Dubai and am presently based in Toronto, Canada.
Interests
[edit]Primary interest is naval warfare - technology, techniques, impact and particularly in WWII and submarines, and particularly in and around the Arabian Sea in the 14-16th century. Secondary interests: intelligence (military or civil), Dutch paintings (Vermeer, Rembrandt) and cryptography.
