[edit]In 1988, Dorn's Economic Liberties and the Judiciary, co-authored with Henry G. Manne, was published by George Mason University Press. This was a volume of essays giving attention to Constitutional protection for economic liberties. "Divided into three parts, the book deals with the following topics: Interpreting the Constitution: Theory and Practice; Property Rights, Activism and the Judicial Process; and Recent Economic Issues in the Courts."[1]
