Bob_the_Barman is my IRC bot that you can meet in the some channels on freenode.
Operation Instructions

[edit]Bob is a social bot and his primary purpose is to provide entertainment for the channel dwellers.
Public commands
[edit]These are issued by saying then publically in the channel.

Private commands
[edit]The commands are not given through the channel, but rather privately messaged to him:
/msg Bob_the_Barman <command> <parameters>
Or you can open a private chat with him and type the messages directly to that window.

..."perform a dummy action" which is of no use except testing the bot's responsivity and making a laugh at him. |
As you see, Bob is a very submissive puppet and can be easily abused. I hope however that no incidents will occur (if you make an operator angry and get Bob kicked then we'll all miss the fun). Note: all commands given to the bot are logged.

Makes Bob leave the channel and shut down. |
