Lucille Rose Msall (née Kotewa June 29, 1929 – May 15, 2016) was an American disability-rights activist recognized for co-founding some of the United States' first organizations to advocate on behalf of people with Downs Syndrome. Msall was one of the founders of Beacon Therapeutic School in Chicago, IL, past president of the National Association for Downs Syndrome and a founding member and past president of the National Down Syndrome Congress.
