Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa (Trad. Chinese: ; Simp. Chinese: ;Pinyin: liàn gōng shí bā fǎ), also known as Liangong, aims at improving one's health through practicing its method of 18 therapeutic exercises. It was developed by Dr. Zhuang Yuan Ming of Shanghai, China. Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa was officially created in 1974 from its beginnings in 1964[1].
