Description

[edit]

OxDNA is a coarse grained model of DNA, primarily aimed at simulations of DNA in nucleic acid nanotechnology. OxDNA is also the name of the open source simulation code package that implements the oxDNA model, as well as oxRNA (a coarse-grained model of RNA) as well as patchy particle and Lennard-Jones particle simulations. The code implements both Monte Carlo and Molecular Dynamics on CPU as well as GPU.
