Request reason:

I have been blocked for some time now. I would like a second chance. It's been months since I have been blocked. I believe I have reformed. I have seen all of the great things Wikipedia has to offer. Heck, I wouldn't be able to do my homework without it!

Decline reason:

You previously agreed not to vandalise the Wikipedia any further. We believed you and offered you a second chance. You broke your word and were blocked again.
