MikkyGay is a pupil at King Edward VI Camp Hill. He loves gaming and has a gamer tag of Mikkyk. He also follows a lot of sport.

Gaming

General Info

"Mikkyk" is the 'Gamertag' (See Xbox Live) of a young male British gamer, of the age of 16. His favourite games are games that offer a large amount of available 'Gamerpoints,' which contribute towards a total 'Gamerscore.' As this is so, the gamer, Mikkyk, does not often play any of the games that offer minimal Gamerscore: Achievements ratio, such as The Orange Box (but he still gives all he has got to get all the gamerscore), as it has the highest amount of achievements, 99, but only 1000 Gamerscore. Out of his main friends, Mikkyk has the most gamerscore despite yian the man’s (see below) best efforts to keep up.

Friends

Mikkyk has several friends on Xbox live, such as a fellow student, yian the man. Yian the man, unlike Mikkyk, is very talented at all types of games, ranging from FPS's (First Person Shooters) to RPG's (Role Playing Games). One type of game yian the man is really poor at is sports/racing. He is always useless in all of these games. Also he is not quite as good as Mikkyk at Halo 3, the Xbox 360 bestseller. Another student who Mikkyk also has relations with via Xbox Live is Sohail574. Sohail 574 is an average 'all round' player, but is very skilled with the gun called a 'Sniper Rifle' on the game 'Halo 3.' He is well known for the fact that he does not talk very much. At first he did not have a headset at all but know he has one he still does not talk much. Somebody else who does not talk much is Tom Pybus. Tom is quite an unusual person who rarely talks to people of the same gender. On his My Space it says, “When I am hyper I jump around”. Nobody knows where this came from. Tom is quite a weird young male. Mikkyk and his friends rip the shit out of him for this. A final player Mikkyk associates a lot with is J0RDANC, pronounce Jor-dank. J0RDANC is a very interesting gamer as despite what he thinks, he is very poor at most games. He believes himself to be the best at Saints Row and Call of Duty 4, this is not true. He also says “he always runs out”” on COD 4 and never uses the sniper despite only ever having uses the sniper group since he started playing.

Rep

Mikkyk has never been a friendly gamer since joining on April the 5th, 2007. As a result of this, Mikkyk's rep (Percentage of people who avoided him as a player, rather than avoided him) has never fallen below 85%, significantly higher than the average rep of 30%.

Eras

Mikkyk has gone through many different eras on his Xbox off which the main one’s are listed below. Here are a few other’s, “The Fifa era”, “The NBA era” and “The Football Management Game era”

Offline era

This was before Mikkyk got Xbox Live. He had little games but was still quite a skilled gamer at this point. The games he played were Project Gotham Racing 3 and Pro Evolution Soccer 6. He also played The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth II and Saints Row which later he played online.

Saints Row era

This was the first online game that Mikkyk played for a long period of time. He tried to get all the online gamerscore but failed miserably as did yian the man and J0RDANC (who tried to get it in secret when nobody was looking). At this point Sohail 574 did not have an Xbox, as he was what is called a noob. N00BINATOR169 soon saw to that. As mentioned above all three gamers used to argue about who was the best with Mikkyk often being classed as worst player. J0RDANC used to take the game very seriously and always blame other people when a loss occurred. He often argued with yian the man and this preceded ‘silent rage’ from yian the man, a phenomenon which he has now grown out of in which he used to not speak to anybody and do things that would show his anger. One example of this was when he kicked Mikkyk out of the gang because he ‘team killed’ him.

Pro Evolution era

During this time Mikkyk played many online matches of Pro Evolution Soccer 6 and 2008. He achieved maximum gamerscore in 6 as well as being a member of the top division in both games. He often played J0RDANC at this game, always beating him but J0RDANC put this down to the fact that there was too much lag on this screen. His dad was uploading things on his computer taking up all of the bandwidth was his excuse. Mikkyk became a very good player but then got bored and moved on to Konami’s arch-enemy, EA Sports' Fifa.

Halo 3 era

This era is probably the longest era with Mikkyk playing the best-selling game online for a long time. Unlike most of his friends he did not buy it on release day and so was slightly behind but soon caught up completing the game on legendary and gaining a good online rank. He is currently a Major grade 2 behind Sohail 574 who is a Commander. Many people play this game and many games/maps have been created. Mikkyk has been involved in many custom games often not taking them seriously. Mikkyk had a long break from Halo 3 but is back playing regularly now. Sohail is a regular sniper often not playing in the heat of the combat unlike Mikkyk and yian the man who are always present in the main battles. Yian the man is only a major now due to his low Experience (EXP). Mikkyk has lots of EXP due to long playing hours. Halo 3 is a game that he does and will play for a long time along with his friends.

Call of Duty 4 era

Mikkyk does not own this game but has borrowed it from his friends often. Once again, J0RDANC believes himself to be better than both yian the man and Mikkyk. Mikkyk and yian the man take the mickey out of him a lot for sniping and not running out. He replies with, “You know me, I always run out.” This is not true and is a famous saying among the group. A player not mentioned yet is Jacko1996, significantly younger than the rest of the group, Jacko1996 is renowned for being poor at the games. During matches, he often sings and gets on people’s nerves. For this people tell him to be quiet, which ends in Jacko1996 becoming very angry. Mikkyk does not currently have Call of Duty 4 and the only person who plays it regularly is J0RDANC

Sport

MikkyGay also likes sport. his favourite sports are Football, Rugby, Cricket and Tennis ( being and English/German man.

Football

He supports West Bromwich Albion FC. He loves this team and often sports the colours blue and white. He owns numerous West Brom replica football shirts and goes to watch a lot of matches, being a home seasons ticket holder for about 8 years. He also goes to many away games. The grounds he has been to include Millmoor, Valley Parade, Bramall Lane (during the famous Battle of Bramall Lane), Old Trafford, Anfield, Villa Park, St. Andrews, City Ground and many, many more. MikkyGay also plays football on a regular basis for his local 11-a-side team. He used to play for Bustleholme FC but now plays for Silver Star who were recently relegated due to not having their pitch marked out correctly. Mikky Gay plays in a Central Midfield role for his teams.

Cricket

MikkyGay is a fond Warwickshire CCC supporter. He has been a member since the year 2000 and has watched nearly every single Warwickshire home one day game at Edgbaston. He also travels to many away one day games in the area such as Worcestershire CCC, [[Gloucestershire CCC] and Derbyshire CCC. Once again MikkyGay plays a lot of cricket, especially in the summer. In winter, he plays one weekday but in the summer he plays for his school team training for one night a week with one match and for his club, Kings Norton CC with which he trains once/twice a night and sometimes plays a match. He is an opening batsman but often does not make many ruins and often bowls towards the end of an innings with accurate medium pace often picking up a few wickets.
