You have removed my corrections in regards to DHA -pregnancy and lactation.The statement that addition of DHA to infant formula makes it closer to breast milk is ridiculous.Breast milk contains a dynamic array of fatty acids.The DHASCO(synthetic triacyclglycerol form of DHA) addition to infant formula is structurally different than breast milk DHA.Maybe you could explain how adding DHASCO to infant formula makes it more like breast milk.You may also want to correct the term "DHA".DHA is not added to Mead Johnson's infant formulas.DHASCO is the proper addition to these formulas.This triacyglycerol will be utilized differently than natural sources of DHA TAGs and phospholipids.You may also want to explain how the addition of DHASCO in combination with ferrous sulfate will not promote peroxidation and will be safe for infant neurodevelopment.
