Program history
[edit]The University of Colorado Physical Therapy Program was established in 1948.
Accreditation
[edit]The Program has maintained continuous accreditation since its initial review in 1947 by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association. The Program was most recently reviewed for accreditation in March 2010 by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE), which resulted in a full and unconditional ten-year accreditation (until 2020).
