Dea Strica (born 6 November 1994) is a singer-songwriter, born in Shkoder, Albania. Dea started her music career on 2014, but on 2017 she was introduced to the public as a singer-songwriter with her first song "You Got Me", which was also her first collaboration with an American producer. The song was played in different international radio stations ("Excitement Radio" in Miami), articles where written about it (Kurrent Music) and then the song was selected as a soundtrack for the American horror movie "An Evil Tale" released on October 2018. Soon after this, she went on and wrote more songs in collaboration with other international artists. On November 2019, she released the song "Let me Be", a collaboration with the American producer Topher Blanck. Later, on February 2020, she released her first EP album called "Summer Fling", another international collaboration with the Ghanaian singer and producer KizzyBeat., which featured 3 afrobeat songs called "No Dey", "Life of the Party" and "Peace of Mind". Later, on March 2020, she collaborated with the well-known American rapper Boze from Georgia, and released the music video "Dark". On June 2020, her music video "Zjarro" was released, a collaboration with the well-known Albanian singer, songwriter and producer, Eltina Minarolli. This was the first time she debuted a song for the Albanian public. Later, she released 4 more collaborations with Eltina minarolli, "AI", "Me Ke Tash", "Spirit" and "Away". ^[1]

Biography

Dea was born in Shkoder, Albania on 6th November 1994. She grew up in Malta and she was, from a very early age, passionate about music, art and choreography. She initially decided to pursue a scientific career and currently holds 2 degrees in mathematics, but was always engaged in music projects and activities. She wrote several lyrics and songs for many other artists, before she decided she would become a full time singer-songwriter. Some of the song she wrote are : MAJLINDA CIKAQI - KAM MALL ( Kenga Magjike 2017), ARJETA PALUSHAJ - SIMBIOZE ( Kenga Magjike 2017 ),Eltina Minarolli - URAGAN ,ect.
