I.S 78 is a Junior High School. It starts at grade 6 and ends at grade 8. I.S 78 is located at in Mill Basin. It happens to be one of the worst behaved Intermediate Schools in New York. In 2006, the school was on the news because someone wrote racial slurs all over the building. A few days letter, the principal got fired because she knew who vandalized the building but she didn't say anything about it. The teachers there, in my opinion are too laid back. They don't teach you the basic things, that is the reason why most teachers at I.S 78 got fired. I.S 78 is so bad that they can't even have any kinds of teams, such as basketball, football, soccer, and etc.
