I am a family doctor from Connecticut, USA. My parents are both Holocaust survivors from Vilna, Poland and I have spent recent years tracing their tales of survival during the war. I hope to contribute to both medical Wikipedia articles as well as articles recognizing Righteous Gentiles who risked their lives to save Jews during the Holocaust. I have contributed to the article about Karl Plagge, the German officer who saved 250 Jews in Vilna during the war, including my mother and grandparents.
