I wanted to welcome you to Wikipedia. If you’d like to get started with some introductory reading (if you’ve not done so already), here are a few resources that may be helpful to you:

Visit the Sandbox to make test edits. You can experiment with Wikipedia using it.
Respect the copyrights of others. Copy and paste is usually not permitted, so please don’t do it!
Write with a neutral point of view and add only verifiable information when editing articles. An encyclopedia cannot have any bias in an article—this is extremely important! If you see a non-neutral point of view, be bold and fix it; if you see information that needs a reference, also be bold and attempt to fix that (or add {{fact}} where you think a citation is needed).
Be careful with your edits. Any non-neutral writing, advertising, spam, or copyrighted text added to a Wikipedia article is considered vandalism, and may be dealt with appropriately.

If you’ve not done so already, you may want to create your User page, which can provide you with some practice in creating articles and also give a little bit of information about yourself.
