User:MichaelBillingtonBot
This user account is a bot operated by MichaelBillington (talk). It is used to make repetitive automated or semi-automated edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually, in accordance with the bot policy. This bot does not yet have the approval of the community, or approval has been withdrawn or expired, and therefore shouldn't be making edits that appear to be unassisted except in the operator's or its own user and user talk space. Administrators: if this bot is making edits that appear to be unassisted to pages not in the operator's or its own userspace, please block it. |

So what does it do?
[edit]It basically switches old templates with new ones where template redirects don't work (I've been told this has something to do with parser functions). It edits only in user space, and (if functioning correctly) modifies nothing but the userboxes. You may contact Michael Billington if you have any questions/comments/complaints/criticism about the bot.
What else does it do?
[edit]Until the category is cleared, MichaelBillingtonBot will also help to implement the German userbox solution based on Category:Migrated userbox stubs, a very similar task to what it already does. Again, direct all questions/comments/complaints/criticism to User talk:MichaelBillington, where it will get attention.
Is that all?
[edit]It's capable of most userspace or userbox related edits, so if you need any mass edits done in that area, just contact me. I may also be able to help with other things template-related, or even something entirely different. Either way, you may as well ask.
