Hi there. I'm "Michael Yammer", Michael being my real given name and "Yammer" being a nickname given to me by my mother for a habit I tend to have. :) Hopefully I can put some of that energy into making Wikipedia as spiffy as possible.

I joined Wikipedia on January 11, 2008.

One of my short term goals to win as many Wikipedia:Barnstars as I can for good style and edits.

I have many and varied interest, some could be considered quite eccentric. They include folklore, spiritualism, nature, psychology, history and strange scientific facts. Even though I tend to have a very curious and eclectic way of looking at the world, I am cynical and a skeptic. The proof is in the pudding, as it's often said.

I was born April 27th, 1973. I am married and have a daughter who is in her toddler stage. I live in New Jersey (USA).
