The Jamalulail dynasty or Syarif dynasty, was the sixth and the penultimate dynasty of the Aceh Sultanate. The founder was Badr ul-Alam Syarif Hasyim Jamaluddin of Arab origin, the dynasty ruled Aceh from 1699 to 1727 for 28 years, preceeding over the Bugis dynasty.
