'P.R.O.A.': Placement Ratio Of Agency new article content ... The P.R.O.A. (Placement Ratio Of Agency) score is a survey designed to target key data that will be used to develop a P.R.O.A. score which rates an Employment Agencies "Placement Ratio". Ideally, effecting an improved score will result in greater job placements. This system has been designed exclusively by MezzaMecca.
While the term, "Placement Ratio" has previously been used in the stock market to define "bonds", MezzaMecca has added the "...O.A." to suggest the term relate to Employment Agency specific data as such.
The purpose of utilizing such schema is to evaluate and determine the rate of "Applicant to Placement ratio" of an Employment or Placement Agency using four (4) simple constructs, Numerator, Demoninator, Subjectator and Evaluator. These non-jaded constructs provide the basis for the P.R.O.A. score using their individual elements. The higher the score, the higher the placement ratio of the agency.
