MOULA BUX CHANDIO GOTH IS LOCATED IN DEH SAFORA N.K No# 8, N.C No# 232 Gulistan-e-johar block 7, Karachi. On said area MOULA BUX GOTH formed in 1977, and the 40 to 50 katcha pacca houses were constructed.The Goth is already mentioned in Deh map of revenue, map of KDA, and also mentioned in google map. In 1995 the villegers started to try the regularizaton and proceeding started before request of former cheif minister Abdullah Shah Sahab who marked for put up sammary and issuing sanads to the villagers as per government policy of P.P.P

But K.D.A forcelly and illegally demolished the goth .with the help of police and high officials at that time,the villagers protest against this unfair process,news paper and relevent media covered the whole story and published. but no positive response arrised by the government and revenue officials since than the villagers are suffring and runnied here & there on diffrent offices & forums ,in this regard the correspondut are as under.

1. Application to the chief minister on dated 26-1-1995 from Moula Bux chandio baloch and others which marked by chief minister to revenue official order regularized the village and issue the certificates (SANADS) as per rule & policy.

2. Letter no#SGA/PD/64 1995 Dated 26-2-1995 by project director Sindh GOTHABAD HYDERABAD to MUKHTIAR KAR subject ,regularization of Moula Bux village.

3. letter no#PA/DS-1/CMS 95-63 dated 26-3-1995 from Chief Minister of sindh directed to member (L.U) subject,regulization of Moula Bux village.

4.letter no# BOR (L.U) dated 26-8-1995 from Secretary Mr.Ramaish Velishi (L.U) to Deptuy Commissioner subject ,Inquiry of record of N.C. #232 & N.K. #8 inform that K.D.A is defaulter because of Non payment.

5. letter no# P.S/MBR/(L.U)/204/95 dated 8-11-1995 by deputy Secretary (L.U) to Deputy Commissioner subject, regularization of Moula Bux Goth as per direction by Secretary (I) of C.M Sindh as per letter No# P.A/DS-1/CMS/95-63 dated 26-3-1995

6. Publication in News in Hilal-e-Pakistan newspaper about Moula Bux Goth also in news paper PUKAR on 2-12-1995

7.letter No# DCE/REV/1012/96 dated 27-7-1996 issued by Deputy Commissioner East to member (L.U) reported that goth is populated & about 40 to 50 scrated houses is already constructed about in the area of 10 to 15 Acers which falls in NK#8 & NC#232 of Deh Safora in block 7 Gulistan-e-Johar Karachi.

8. letter No# 21(12)/96-REV,1066/96 dated 12-10-1996 from Assistant Commissioner for Commissioner Karachi inform to member (L.U) that requirment of comments from D.G K.D.A immidiatily.

9. Roop Kari issued by Mukhtiarlaar through beat of Tepadar.

10. Application to Chief Minister Sindh dated 22-9-1998 requested that nacesssary regulization of goth and Issuing of Certificate (SANAD) because the land mafia involving with the help of K.D.A and area Police.

11. Publications in different newspapers UMMAT, ASAR, JURRAT and also letter of KHIDMAT COMMATIEE of that time becuase the Police demolished the whole constructed house and Goth. 12. Letter No# 105-AD54/PMCS from Deputy Speaker National Assembly subject, lease of land Moula Bux Goth.

13. Letter No# 21(12)/96-REV/387 dated 9-7-1999 from Assistant Commissioner for Commissioner Karachi Revenue to Staff Officer Prime Minister camp office. In which he Intimate that case already sent to member (L.U) BOR for regulization but comments of D.G K.D.A is still awaited.

14. Letter No# PS/MBR/LU/1999/ Board of Revenue sindh by deputy secertry (L.U) to D.G K.D.A for furnish detail report and comments Immidiately in respect of regulization of Moula Bux Goth. 15. Publication in daily JURRAT Newspaper on 6 August 1999 that land mafia Buldozed the said Goth before the police of area.

16. Application to Home Secretary sindh about the Police officials those involved with land mafia in the demolization of Moula Bux Goth, the Home Secretary mark to Inspector General (I.G) sindh Inquiry in this matter as per law and report.

17. Letter No# PD/SGA/644 of 2000 dated 13-12-2000 by Project Director to Mukhtiar Kar S.G.A subject survey of Moula Bux Goth and issue of certificates (SANADS) and furnish the detail report to deptuy commissioner as well as commissioner

18. Published by print media though different newspaper that land mafia and police burned the hurts of village & demolised the PAKKA constructed houses.Though buildozer provided by land mafia on dated 27-3-2002 to 30-aprial-2002.

19. Letter No# 04-01-02/PS-II/1019 dated 10-9-2003 from Deputy Secretary (L.U) II to DO Revenue C.D.G.K subject, regularization of Moula Bux village.

20. Letter No# DO/(REV)/K/R/B/3810/2003 dated 19-9-2003 suject, regularization of Goth required furnished report in shortest possible time to EDO revenue malir town.

21. letter No# 800/(REV)\P.I\519\2003 dated 2-10-2003 from DDO Revenue directed to mukhtiar kar malir town for immidiate report on direction of D.O in respect for regulization of Moula Bux Goth. 22. Special power attorny gave Mst.Sakina w/o MOULA BUX CHANDIO who expired during the process of demolization of Moula Bux Goth than the window of Moula Bux Chandio gave Special power attorney to her SON in law Mr. Shahnawaz Chandio for the welfair and legal fight of Moula Bux Goth she also authrized to her son in law with all legal heir of Moula Bux chandio.

23.The special attorney shahnawaz applied to Deputy Director K.D.A land managment for necessary documents related with K.D.A in this regard he pay the fess to K.D.A through draft no#166210 of HABIB BANK LIMITED (H.B.L) ammounting RS.2210/= then N.O.C copy provide by D.D L.M K.D.A vide no#K.D.A 11/02 dated 24-4-2002 from their record in which K.D.A cleared their no objection of land measuring 22 acers situated in deh safora Block .7 Gulistan-e-Johar in N.K #8 & N.C #232.

24 .The Shahnawaz Chandio Special power attorney from welfair association namely "SUGGAND welfair association and applied D.O Revenue on dated 1-1-2008 for verification and regularization of Moula Bux Goth.

25. Letter No# DO(REV)/KRL-450/2008 dated 28-1-2008 issued by office of D.O Revenue to Additional District Office Revenue II requested taken necessary action strictly in accordance with law.

26.A request submitted by Shahnawaz Chandio Special power attorney before D.D.O Gulshan-e-Iqbal with 25 enclosures request for regularization of Moula Bux village.

27.That Shahnawaz Chandio Special Power Attorney requested before Interior Minister , SAMA TV & Revenue Minister gave the total information about Moula Bux Goth intimate that "the map of the Goth can be find on "GOOGLE MAPs"24.821469,67.152275/24.932447,67.152266 and also inform about the illegal enclousers those are trying to enclose the land of Moula Bux Goth.

28. The request moved by General Secreatry of SUGGAND welfare association to project director for entry and regularization of Moula Bux Goth dated 11-5-2011.

29.Finally shahnawaz chandio Special Power of Attorney appealed before E.D.O reveneu C.D.G.K & Director Encorgment cell intimate about the recent inveolment of encrogment construction illegal boundry wall & prayered for taking legal necessary action againts encrougers those are showing weapons & involving bad tretments.
