Leslie Chan is a Senior Lecturer in the department of Social Sciences at the University of Toronto Scarborough[1]. He is involved with the Knowledge Media Design Institute (KMDI), through which he acts as a program supervisor for the New Media Studies and International Studies joint program [2]. Chan is also an Associate Director of Bioline International[3].
Chan has a BA and MA in anthropology [4]. He became interested in publishing when
