Mercy Norah Namukose, commonly known as Marsharl Mercy, is a Ugandan Software Engineer, business associate, sales executive and a beauty queen. Her remarkable beauty & unique physique won her the title of Miss Tourism Busoga 1st Runner up 2016/17 in the prestigiously annually held Miss Tourism Uganda Competitions.

She is the managing director and founder of Cynaut Technologies , a software development company aimed at offering affordable , robust and reliable software solutions to SME's in Uganda.

She formerly served as head IT at the Russian African Foundation for food, science & economic development (RAFSCED) and sales manager & assistant accountant for Nyange Resort & Marina currently Explorer resort & Marina from April 2017 to Feb 2024 when she finally decided to spread her wings and fly into managing her own software company.

She was born in Iganga to Kinyonyi James Luluma, a retired mechanical mathematics' tuitor and Namajja Suzan, dealing in accountancy.

Mercy has got 3 other siblings Dave a computer engineer, Peace a medical doctor and Emma an aspiring civil engineer.

She attended St Patrick Kigulu Girls Primary School in Iganga & Kalondu Primary School in Mbale, Nabumali High School for her Ordinary Level education and Mbale Senior Secondary School, , for her Advanced Level education. In 2010, she entered Makerere University, college of Computing and information sciences graduating in 2016 with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering.
