(EM-pox, formally known as monkey pox) is a volatile and deadly disease that originated and infected humans in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and was spread to central parts of Africa.
The disease can be fatal in some cases, but its less serious offspring, "Clade-II," is a less deadly version of "Clade-I," which is the more likely version of the mpox that can kill a person.
Monkey Pox can be spread by going into close/direct contact with an infected animal or human. The person may feel fine, but the virus's symptoms can strike between 3 and 17 days upon contact. In that amount of days, the patient must be contained to prevent further escalation in infected people.
At this moment, no known remedies or vaccines can eradicate this disease yet, but researchers and scientists around the globe are searching for a cure. All information has not been proven accurate due to monkey pox is at its early stages of research and scientists are still investigating.
