Twinkle is a powerful tool, therefore you Must Not test any of the functions


There a number of different options of buttons which appear on the ^ Twinkle bar (Follow the arrow back there)


A quick explanation of the shortened ones

  • CSD - Tags the page for speedy deletion
  • AFD - Starts a deletion Discussion
  • PROD - Proposes article for deletion, which is deleted after 7 days if noone objects
  • Unlink - Removes incoming links to the page
  • Last - shows the most recent diff
  • RFP - Request either full,semi or move protection


The rest are self-explainerty


Right, to practice, Complete any 5 of the following questions- feel free to do more!- Please provide diffs, and use twinkle to do the tasks


1.) Find 1 example of an article that is against the CSD criteria, and tag it (just has to be correct, Doesn't have to be deleted!)

  • [1] -- tagged as per CSD A10 (exact duplicate of [2])
  • [3] -- tagged as per CSD 3checkY
  • [4] -- tagged as per CSD G11

2.) Find 1 example of a repeatly vandalising user, warn him for each time he vandalises, then report to AIV [5] warned twice (earlier example of vandalism before two warnings caught after warnings issued, reverted)

3.) Request semi or full Protection on a repeatedly vandalised page

4.)Revert 10 edits as vandalism, warning the user each time (hint - if you click the rollback(vandal) button, it should pop up their talk page, and you just have to select the right level and type from the "warn" option)

Only provide the diffs of the warnings

5.)Tag an page for speedy deletion, and if anyone removes it, undo and warn them
