Mcolisi Simelane was born in Swaziland (now known as Eswatini)in 26 June 1996. He is the son of Makina Busisiwe Dlamini and Moses Mosi Simelane. He is the 6th born child in his mom and 1st born in his father. He lived with his grandmother for more than 12 years at Mpatheni in the Kontjingila Chiefdom. He attended his primary School at Mpatheni Community Development Primary School and high school at Ebenezer High and Nsongweni High respectively. He then furthered his studies at Southern Africa Nazerene University,doing Bsc. In Medical Laboratory Sciences from 2016-2021.
