[edit]First Era - Creation
[edit]In the beginning before anything and everything, before time and space nothing existed, this state of never-ceasing nothingness was called the Void. At a certain point in this timelessness, the void split and gave birth to two complementing seeds, one of Light and the other of Dark; one of Time and the other of Space; one of Order and the other of Chaos. When the seeds bursted open, they filled the Void with their fruit, the Titans .
The Titans soon noticed there was no one and nothing but them in that infinite Void, so it was decided by them that the universe would be created, and so they forged it. First, they grew and expanded each to their own trough the expanse of the Void forming a dimension split in two, one side for the Light, the other for the Dark. Then they brought to life seven servants, the Gods, and gave each supremacy over one of seven elements so that they could build and preserve a world where life would thrive.
Once the Gods had built the world, the Titans created a unique force, Mana. Below and influenced by the elements of the Titans, but above and on control of the elements of the Gods, Mana would soon become the foundation for all life on the world.
Second Era - Birth of mortals
[edit]With the advent of mana, souls quickly came to be, and with them, life. Among this life there were mortals, living beings of reason and emotion. To help the mortals, the Titans created three races. The Patrons, who oversee the crafts and trades of mortals and help those in need. The Guardians who defend the life and interests of a people (or ecosystem), the bigger the community, the more powerful the guardian. And Immortals who roamed the world teaching mortals how the world works and how to use their own powers to improve their lives.
With the help of these deities, mortals quickly overcame their complications and rose to surmount the world.
Third Era - Rise of the Immortals
[edit]As mortals grew in power they began warring with each other, quickly plunging what had been built into chaos. Both the Guardians and the Patrons were unable to stop the bloodshed, seeing this, the immortals decided that mortals had not the wisdom to rule themselves, and that they were the one who should rule, without a second thought, the immortals intervened in the conflicts bringing them into a halt and taking control themselves, with time their influence started growing, absorbing more and more nations into their sphere of control. Most nations were ruled with an iron fist, but those that had managed to stay out of conflict were granted partial autonomy.
The situation promptly escalated out of control, the power had corrupted the hearts of the Immortals, and so, the Titans interceded and granted two mortals special powers over light and dark in order to be able to stand against the Immortals, with the help of these chosen individuals the mortals trapped the immortals on infinity prisons, places outside time and space out of which the immortals would never be able to escape.
Fourth Era - The Revival
[edit]Without the Immortals, mortals started to recover traditions and technologies lost from the second era, and so a cultural boom was born.
Fifth Era - Industrialization
[edit]With the invention of crystallized conductors of mana the world entered a golden age of technology
Sixth Era - The city states
[edit]With time, the economy of the world shifted out of balance, the gap between the rich and the poor soon became abysmal, so much that over 90% of the world's population was living in slums. This led to social unrest which in turn led to nations falling apart and the rising of city states as the new form of government which made it easier to control the population.
Seventh Era - Awakening of the Immortals
[edit]The social unrest on the Last Bulwark (city were the immortals were imprisoned) grew so much that rebels decided it might be better for the world if the immortals were to rule again. After years of planning and execution the rebels were able to infiltrate the deepest catacombs in the city, reach the chamber where the immortals were and release them...
