The New York Underwear Assassin

While government information concerning this infamous serial killer is quite limited, the rumors surrounding him and his capabilities become more and more outstanding by the day. The New York Underwear Assassin's legacy began in North Bellmore, NY. This is where his first victim was found lying in the bed of an ex-roommate with a pair of underwear lying over their face. This trademark of the New York Underwear Assassin has struck fear in the hearts of all who inhabit the unfortunate state of New York. Rumors even have it that victims have been struck down just by looking at how the Underwear Assassin is dressed. Fortunately, ever since 2015, the victims of this serial killer have gradually decreased and ultimately ceased. The reason for this is unknown but the residents in New York have been in a state of elation ever since.
