May_OnMars (real name Brighton Nkomo) was born on the 23rd of October of [[1]] in Bulawayo where he grew up and later moved to Kadoma. He started writing at an early age mainly focusing on topics like love and heartbreak, telling stories about his life and past experiences, recording his first single 'why did you lie' in [[2]]. He went on to release his second and third singles 'runaway' and 'Love for two'  in [[3]]

Both track were included in an E.P he released the same year.

Brighton (May_OnMars) has also worked with a number of both local and international artist with the most notable being Siaa (nigeria), vice & virtue among others
