JOACHIM SOTERI CHARLES also known as Joki is a Tanzanian volleyball player who plays as a setter in S.V.C and P.S volleyball club.Joki began his carrier at Don Bosco secondary school before moving to S.V.C where he played up to 2016 and then signed for the Dar-es-salaam side club Kinyerezi volleyball club( currently P.S club) up to date.
