This article provides the names of the runners-up in the Mister International pageant since the pageant's first edition in 2006.
Table of Mister International runner-up and finalists
[edit]The pageant has awarded the five remaining finalists from 2006 to 2012 and from 2014 to 2015 with the first, second, third and fourth Runner-Up being awarded. In 2013 and 2022, the number of finalists was increased to six with the fifth Runner-Up being awarded. In 2016 the number of finalists was maintained to six and from 2017 to 2018, it was reverted to five but only up to the second runner-up was awarded (regardless if the pageant post-announces the placements of the other 2 or 3 contestans who made it to the Top 5 or 6).
This table shows the top-six finalists of each competition, from its inception in 2006.

[edit]The first Runner-Up of each edition of Mister International is the second placer behind the contestant who is selected as Mister International (first placer). In some cases, he shall take over the title of Mister International, if:
- The outgoing titleholder cannot fulfill his duties. This could happen and may result to resignation, giving up the title, or dethronement. This has only happened in 2012.
- The titleholder is dethroned due to deeds that violate the organization's policies.
There are some special considerations:
- As Singapore took over the Mister International title in 2012, it is unknown if the 1st Runner-Up position was taken by another contestant after the succession took place.
The second place finisher being designated as 1st runner-up has been awarded fourteen times (2006–2022).
