Dialog Semiconductor PLC is a German manufacturer of semiconductor based system solutions. The company is headquartered in Kirchheim unter Teck, a town in the Stuttgart metropolitan area. Dialog Semiconductor develops integrated circuits for power and motor control as well as mobile phones and audio and display processing.

The company generated a revenue of 160 million dollar in 2008^[1] and approximately 290–295 million dollar in 2010,^[2] making it one of the fastest growing semiconductor companies in Europe. Customers include Sony Ericsson, Apple, Bosch, Sharp^[3] and Samsung^[4].

The company is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and is one of the thirty TecDAX companies.
