Swapnil Agarwal
[edit]Swapnil Agarwal (born 1981/1982) is an American businessman, and the founder and Principal of Nitya Capital[1].
Early Life
[edit]Agarwal grew up in Houston, and earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Career
[edit]Swapnil began his career in energy investment banking at Simmons & Company before joining Forum Partners, an international real estate private equity firm in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to founding Nitya Capital, Swapnil was most recently the Head of Alternative Investments at Virtus Real Estate Capital[2] in Austin, Texas
