As an employee of Polymarket, I have a conflict of interest in regards to this page. I will not edit it directly.
- You may want to reword this, since the Polymarket article isn't "this page" in relation to your user page. Feel free to delete this comment if you like. Jbening (talk) 15:22, 10 July 2024 (UTC)
Hello Mathlover111, Since you work for Polymarket and have edited that article's talk page on their behalf, it seems highly likely that you are a paid contributor rather than just a conflict of interest editor. Please see Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure which says in part (quoting WP:Terms of use)
- Paid contributions without disclosure
"These Terms of Use prohibit engaging in deceptive activities, including misrepresentation of affiliation, impersonation, and fraud. As part of these obligations, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation."
Accordingly, it looks like you need to declare that you are a "paid editor" and include your employer, client, and affiliation. It looks like you've declared your employer and client, but you still need to declare as a "paid editor" and include any affiliation. Affiliation includes "other connections that might be relevant, including, but not limited to, people or businesses who provide text, images, or other media for the paid edit." Could you please make the appropriate declation.
