This is a bot, written in C# and using the dotnetwikibot framework, to carry out various tasks, summarised below:
Removal of "non existant" categories
[edit]Non-existant categories (ie those which contain no header text) are now being evacuated of items by MartinBotII on a trial basis. Should you notice a problem with this, please report here (the bot approval page) and feel free to revert the bot. Only categories with fewer than 5 members will be emptied, and effort has gone into correcting spelling mistakes in page categories.
Update infobox status
[edit]The bot updates the status of infobox completion of the Bedfordshire Wikiproject, by looking in various categories and inputing the contents into a table.
Send Wikiproject Indonesia Newsletter
[edit]Every Sunday, at around 2100UTC, the bot posts the WikiProject Indonesia newsletter to all members of the project who are not listed on the opt-out list (contact User:Martinp23 to be added). If requested, the bot will be happy to leave just a link to the newsletter of your user talk page, rather than the full version. Again, contact User:Martinp23.
