Hello! I am a Phd student from Politecnico di Milano, graduated in Communication Design. My research is focused on the issues of gender representations through the communication artefacts spread by the media. The main aim is to provide an interpretative model for a critical view of the forms of representations in order to promote a rethinking of rules, by developing models and tools to raise the awareness on the issue, especially in the educative context. Over the past years, I have been working with the DCXCG research group (communication design for gender cultures) from Politecnico di Milano, Design Department. The group carries out both research and teaching activities to promote social responsibility of Communication Design for gender equality.
My main interest regards all is connected with visual culture: art, design, illustration, graphic. I love cinema, music and subcultures, especially from the early fifties and the sixties to the late seventies. I am truly passionate about fashion and I am a vintage collector.
