What Article Are You Evaluating?
Why You Have Chosen This Article to Evaluate?
I chose this article because of the extensive lack of information on Melanie R. Bond within her article, compared to other male biologists who had similar backgrounds as her. Her page only consists of two sentences, and four sources, even though there is an extremely low amount of information.
Evaluate The Article
Overall, there is a complete lack of information about Dr. Bond, with only two sentences to compile her page. The number one concern is ultimately the amount of information that needs to be inserted into the page, as there is a lot of potential information about Dr. Bond that could be included. There is a clear violation of Wikipedia guidelines as challenging male biologists have much more information and sources than Dr. Bond's page. While they do refer to the books she has written, they do not go in depth at all about their content, or about anything for that matter. There is also no bio page, no page of where she went to school, and the impacts that she has placed upon the National Zoo, and how she got to where she is today.
