02 September 1956 Securendabad-Dronachalam passenger train Floods 112+ 22+ near Hyderabad A bridge across a rivulet collapsed due to flooding, causing two carriages to plunge into the river. [16]

06 June 1981 Passenger train Derailment 500+ — Mansi, Bihar A derailment suspected to be caused by heavy rain or human error caused several carriages to plunge into the river. [39][40]
31 August 1981 Tamil Nadu Express Derailment 15 88 Rebbena, Telangana 14 coaches of the train derailed. [41]
