I am Mark W Howe, I am the Ggrandson of Isaac Bridgman Howe, Supt. of the Iowa Div. of the C&NWRR during the 1860s and 70s. The family saved over 100 letters written by him and to him and other family members. I have transcribed and they have been published by the Iowa genweb.[1] I donated them to the CNW Historical Society which has recently published an article.[2] In Wikipedia I have noted the absense of a significant amount of historical material regarding the railroads in Iowa for that period and would like to help fill that gap. A close friend and associate of IB Howe was Dr. Edward H Williams. I have added a considerable amount of data to his wiki page using the 'source' provided in the article[3] but it has been rejected/reverted, I know not why. I am learning little by little each day.

- Discussing what counts as references or not belongs on your Talk page or Talk page of a draft, not your User page. See WP:UP for what does. Your first sentence needs to stay here because it makes clear the nature of your conflict of interest. That does not prevent you from attempting to create and submit a draft about IB Howe.
