Pedram Marandiz
[edit]Pedram Marandiz [1] [2] [3] , Iranian Musician, Music Producer, Composer, songwriter, guitarist, vocalist & music coach, was Born on 26th May 1970 in Iran.
Member of Iranian Musicians Union [4] and is a member of the Federation of International Musicians (FIM) in Paris. [5] 1986-1987, Pedram Marandiz started learning music (guitar, music theory, composing, solfège, cognition and studying on the form) under the supervision of Mohammad Reza Jahan Shams Rabbani ( R.I.P). Continuously, he benefited other music instructors, too. After started singing officially, participated in classical vocal courses. Pedram Marandiz learnt harmony with Dr. Mehran Rohani. He has been teaching music since he was 20 ( 1990). Composing, arranging and songwriting are the most important activities of Pedram Marandiz [6]
1993- Started his activity as singer and composer with Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting & in the same year, joined the Roudaki Pop Orchestra as electric guitar player at Vahdat Hall.
1994- live musical performance of the song of “ Setareh-Daryaei ” ( Starfish ) theater accompanied by Shervin Najafian [7], at Women Theater Festival.
Cooperation with well-known artists in various albums as vocalist as follows:
1994- With the efforts of the artistic & cultural institute of Javaneh- Shadi ( Baran) with supervision of Fariborz Mehrabi, and executive management of Roudabeh Taheri, the first concert of the great artist, Farhad Mehrad, was held after many years. Pedram Marandiz, cooperated with Farhad Mehrad as vocalist on the stage of Sepideh Cinema.
1994- Cooperated as a vocalist in the movie “ Invisible Man ” that was directed by Feryal Behzad. The music of the mentioned movie was composed by Farshid Rahimian ( R.I.P), Poet by Margot Bickel, translated by Ahmad Shamlou ( R.I.P)
Singer of the final title of the movie “ Taleh ” ( The Trap )[8] directed by Sirous Alvand, Music by Naser CheshmAzar ( R.I.P)
Singer of the final title of the movie “ Porteghal Khooni ” ( The Bloody Orange ) [9][10]directed by Sirous Alvand, Music by Fardin Khalatbari.
1996- Singer of the final title of the TV Series “ Be-Sooye-Eftekhar ” ( Toward The Proud ), directed by Sirous Moqaddam. The music was composed by Farshid Rahimian ( R.I.P ).

Hatef Alimardani [15]& Hossein Fazel s’ Joint Album “ Deltangiha” ( Misses ) - Performed as a Singer & Mehran Modiri as a narrator. Composing & arrangement of an Album sang by Mehran Modiri along with Houman Nabavi that has not been released to the music market yet !
Composing the music of narrating the poems of Keikavoos Yakideh: “ Banoo ” ( lady ) & “ Akharin Koli Sayeh Foroush “ ( The Last Gypsy Selling Shadows ) [16]
1997- The Soloist Singer of the concert “ Aseman-e-Abi ” ( Blue Sky ); songs of Hamid Panahi ( R.I.P ) at The Arasbaran Cultural Center.
1997- Invited by Ms. Arya Zand to The Sooreh University & for the first time after Iran’s revolution, songs related to famous operas were performed. ( without movement, just piano and vocal ). The song “ Phantom of the Opera” was performed by Pedram Marandiz [17] as a Phantom Character.
1997- Singer at The Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting; as one of chorus singers under the direction of Esfandiar Gharebaghi ( R.I.P ). It is worth mentioning that Pedram Marandiz has worked as music instructor along with Esfandiar Gharebaghi ( R.I.P ) at The Music conservatory.
1998- Samin Vatandoost’s Album “ Hamshahri Khoubam ” ( “My Good Fellow-Citizen ) – Arrangement of two songs & composing / arrangement of one song.
2019- Samya Band Concert- Conductor the music band & Vocalist.
2000- Music Band named “ Kavir ” ( Desert ) was formed along with Amin Hayaei & Ashkan Vafaei. After passing the license processes, in 2006, The album named “ Baran ” ( Rain ) was released to the music market.
Most of the arrangements of this album were arranged by Pedram Marandiz.(except the song “ Jodaei ” ( Seperation ) that was arranged by Reza Zamini. It is worth mentioning that most of the composing and arrangement of the songs of this album were done by Pedram Marandiz.
2012- Conductor of the music band, singer, guitar player of the performance of “ Ghahti-e-Noor ” ( Famine of Light ) that was the music along with movement, directed by Amin Hayaei. Most of the parts were done by Amin Hayaei & Arash Khoshkholq.

Autumn 2015 - On the occasion of “International Peace Day”, with the efforts of “ Taban Kish” Co & UNESCO, the concert of the “ Carino” band was held at “Sa'dabad Palace”. It is worth mentioning that “Carino” band has the role of sponsorship of the event which was held on the occasion of “ International Peace Day”.
Currently, Pedram Marandiz, is cooperating with “Kook” [24] [25]& “ Carino” Bands as a guitar player, singer, composer & music arranger. He is also composing the music collections for different bands and singers & rearranging the collection of old songs & more including:
